With our Internet banking service, you can do the following from
your computer:

service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from any

secure. You choose your own personal ID number (PIN) that is your
password to your account information. (Your PIN will be chosen the first
time you connect via computer).

banking. A digital certificate is a way of establishing one's
credentials when doing business or conducting transactions over the
web. Digital certificates are a means of providing trusted
authentication between customer computers and Mariner's Bank online
banking. At Mariner's Bank, we feel that this solutions we have
chosen provides the greatest amount of convenience and improves
fraud protection for our customers.
Changes you will see:
- You will be requested to provide contact phone numbers and
contact email address upon logging into online banking. (In the
future, these details will be your main contact method if you
login to a computer that's not registered with us). This
process is easy, will only take a few minutes, and will only
have to be done one time. We will ask you to download a
digital certificate that will uniquely identify your computer
and prevent you from having to enter an activation code with
each login.
- Customers will have an option of 'registering' computers
they use for online banking as trusted and safe to access their
accounts. When visiting online banking from a registered
computer, Mariner's Bank will confirm the digital certificate,
user id and password, and then grant access to online banking.
If a customer logs into online banking from an unregistered
computer, Mariner's will require the customer to enter an
activation code before logging in.
