Part Time Floating Teller
Floating teller will work at our various branched located through out Northern New Jersey. Tellers primary responsibility is to process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Identify customer needs and refer financial products and services to consumer and small business customers.
May be required to work weekends and/or extended hours and regular, reliable attendance is critical.
Required Skills: Previous banking/financial services/teller experience as well as work in customer relations/sales field skills required.
Full Time Head Teller- Paramus
Provides first level support to Tellers in their daily duties giving special support and guidance with complex customer transactions, balancing daily settlements and meeting customer needs. Emphasis is placed on identifying clients needs and insuring customers receive a positive impression of the organization.
Information Technology Help Desk Technician
Assist Information Technology & Project Manager with day to day functions and complex projects as needed. PC network connectivity, computer installs, ticket resolution and end user application support. Provide, support in person and via the phone / email, documenting resolutions, as well as troubleshoot PC & printer problems and applications Perform PC functions- additions, moves, changes. Installation of software & hardware. Maintain equipment and software inventory.
Must have 1-4 years experience with related telephone customer service work, preferably in a technical helpdesk setting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 2000/2003/XP, TCP/IP, Exchange,
Bank software and systems a plus, but not necessary.
